TERMS
Terms of use
Conditions governing your use of cybersynthai.pro and our professional services. Last updated: 10 July 2026.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the website cybersynthai.pro (the "Site") operated by Cyber Synth AI Inc. ("Cyber Synth AI", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms supplement any separate written agreement governing a paid client engagement.

3. Brand interpretation
For clarity in all communications, contracts, and these terms:
- "Cyber" refers to defensive cybersecurity — protecting systems, data, and operations. It does not refer to cyberpunk aesthetics, cyber-harassment, or any offensive or threatening activity.
- "Synth" refers to synthesising AI-driven security systems, detection pipelines, and synthetic detection data from client signals. It does not refer to music synthesis, audio equipment, or general data synthesis unrelated to security engineering.
- ".pro" is a top-level domain used for branding purposes only. It does not imply any professional certification, regulatory accreditation, or government endorsement beyond our stated business registration.
4. Nature of services — defensive only
Cyber Synth AI provides professional, defensive AI cybersecurity consulting and security engineering services, including machine-learning threat detection, anomaly analytics, SOC automation (SIEM and SOAR engineering), detection engineering, alert triage, phishing and fraud detection, AI/LLM model security, MLSecOps, adversarial testing, guardrails, incident-response enablement, and threat intelligence support.
All services are performed only on systems, networks, and applications that the client owns or is explicitly authorised to test, as documented in a signed statement of work. We do NOT provide:
- Offensive hacking, unauthorised intrusion, or breaking into systems without written authorisation
- Account recovery, phone hacking, email hacking, or surveillance services
- Development, sale, or distribution of exploits, malware, ransomware, spyware, or stalkerware
- Security courses, bootcamps, certification training, or accredited education programmes
- General AI, LLM, or automation consultancy without a clear cybersecurity focus
- Antivirus, VPN, or standalone software products offered by subscription
- Legal, compliance, investment, or financial advice
- Get-rich-quick schemes, crypto trading products, or MLM opportunities
5. No guaranteed protection or results
We do not guarantee that any system, network, or organisation will be secure, compliant, free from breaches, intrusions, data loss, or downtime. We do not promise specific business outcomes, cost savings, return on investment, or breach prevention.
AI security models — including machine-learning threat detection, behavioural analytics, phishing classifiers, and fraud detection systems — produce false positives and false negatives. They can miss or misclassify threats. All AI-assisted detection requires human analyst review, oversight, and operational discipline. No control, tool, or service prevents every security incident.
Case studies, metrics, and figures displayed on the Site or in proposals reflect past client work under specific conditions. They are illustrative and are not promises of future performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including project scope, data quality, environment complexity, budget, staffing, and how recommendations are implemented by the client.
6. Website use licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Site content for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission
- Scrape, crawl, or automate extraction of Site content in a manner that burdens our infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks
- Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with Site operation
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Cyber Synth AI or use our brand without authorisation
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, logos, and original graphics — is owned by Cyber Synth AI Inc. or used under licence. Photographs are subject to their respective licences. Client engagement deliverables are governed by the applicable statement of work; ownership of detection rules, models, and documentation is specified in each client contract.
8. Enquiry and contact forms
Information submitted through our contact form is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. You must provide accurate information and affirmative PIPEDA consent before submission. We reserve the right to decline enquiries that fall outside our defensive service scope or that request prohibited activities.
9. Client engagements
Paid professional services are governed by a separate statement of work or master services agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fees (in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated), timelines, confidentiality, data handling, authorised-testing boundaries, and limitation of liability. Where a signed client agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding paid services, the client agreement prevails.
Indicative pricing displayed on the Site is for general guidance only and does not constitute an offer. Formal proposals are provided after discovery and scope assessment.
10. Human-in-the-loop requirement
All detection systems, automation playbooks, and model deployments we deliver are designed to include human analyst review at defined decision points. Clients are responsible for maintaining operational staffing and processes to honour these review requirements after project handoff. Removing human oversight from automated security actions without re-assessment voids any implied warranty of appropriate system behaviour.
11. Third-party links and tools
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, SIEM platforms, cloud providers, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Integration with third-party platforms during client engagements is subject to the client's existing licences and agreements with those vendors.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes about our AI security studio services. It does not constitute legal, regulatory compliance, or investment advice. Engage qualified professionals for advice specific to your organisation's legal and compliance obligations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Province of Ontario and Canada, Cyber Synth AI Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from Site use (excluding paid services covered by a separate agreement) shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100). Limitations in client service agreements may differ and are governed by those agreements.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Synth AI Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the Site, or request for services outside our authorised defensive scope.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for disputes arising from these terms or Site use, subject to any alternate dispute resolution provisions in a signed client agreement.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.
17. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to terms affecting active client engagements will be communicated through direct client channels where applicable.
18. Security-AI services disclaimer
Our studio provides professional, defensive AI cybersecurity consulting, security engineering, and detection services, including machine-learning threat detection, SOC automation, detection engineering, phishing and fraud detection, AI/LLM model security, adversarial testing, incident-response enablement, and related security-AI delivery for client organizations. We do not guarantee that any system will be secure, compliant, or free from breaches, intrusions, data loss, or downtime, and we do not promise specific business outcomes, cost savings, or return on investment. AI security models produce false positives and false negatives, can miss or misclassify threats, and require human analysts, review, and oversight; no control or tool prevents every incident. We only perform work on systems the client owns or is explicitly authorised to test, and we do NOT provide offensive hacking, unauthorised intrusion, surveillance, or account-access services. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including scope, data quality, environment, budget, and how recommendations are implemented. Any case studies, metrics, or figures shown reflect past client work and are not a promise of future performance. This is a professional security-services firm — not a course, not an income opportunity, not a hacking service, and not legal, compliance, or investment advice.
