ABOUT

A studio that ships detection, not decks

Cyber Synth AI is an AI security engineering studio based in Toronto's King West tech corridor. We synthesise machine-learning threat detection, SOC automation, and model security systems for client organizations across Canada and North America — always reviewed by senior security engineers and analysts before anything reaches production.

WHO WE ARE

Detection engineers who answer the page

We started Cyber Synth AI because too many organizations bought AI security promises without the engineering discipline to make them operational. Our team combines detection engineering, data science, and SOC operations experience — people who have triaged real alerts at 2 a.m. and know that false-positive reduction matters more than model accuracy on a benchmark.

We are a cybersecurity consultancy and security engineering studio, not a software vendor, not a training academy, and not an offensive intrusion service. "Cyber" means defensive cybersecurity. "Synth" means synthesising AI-driven detection systems and synthetic detection data from your own signals — not music synthesis, not cyberpunk aesthetics.

Our studio serves SMEs, scale-ups, and enterprises in the Canadian market who need measurable outcomes from AI threat detection investments: quieter alert queues, faster triage, guardrails on LLM deployments, and incident response enablement that analysts actually follow.

HOW WE WORK

Small team, direct access, no account-manager layer

Every engagement is led by senior security engineers who stay involved from discovery through production delivery. We do not fabricate named experts with invented credentials — you work with the people who build your detection pipelines and tune your SIEM content.

Our assess-and-harden method moves through four stages: assess your telemetry and analyst workflows, model threats against your actual attack surface, detect and tune ML pipelines with human-in-the-loop validation, and enable response with runbooks and ongoing detection QA.

Project scope is defined upfront with honest limits. We document what AI-assisted analysis can detect, what it may miss, and where human judgement remains non-negotiable. Retainer relationships extend this work for organizations that want continuous SOC automation and MLSecOps support rather than one-time deployments.

RESPONSIBLE AI & ETHICS

Defensive scope, authorised systems, honest limits

We perform security engineering work only on systems our clients own or are explicitly authorised to test. We do not offer offensive hacking, unauthorised intrusion, surveillance tooling, account-access services, or exploit development. We do not sell malware, spyware, or stalkerware.

Human-in-the-loop review is mandatory on every detection deployment. AI models produce false positives and false negatives; we design workflows that account for both. Data governance practices align with PIPEDA requirements for handling client security logs and personal information encountered during engagements.

We do not guarantee breach prevention, compliance outcomes, or specific return on investment. Our responsibility is to deliver professional detection engineering with clear documentation — your organisation implements recommendations and maintains operational discipline.

We are not a get-rich scheme, not a crypto product, not a general LLM consultancy, and not a wellness brand. We are an AI security studio focused on helping Canadian organizations defend what they have built.
